I have a 2015 M4 battery is dead and I jumped it and drove it and started smelling bad plastic smells. can I buy a charger and charge the lithium battery?

Please help. Car was sitting for 3 months.

Finally got around to installing a carbon fiber rear diffuser on my 7 1/2 year old M4 (only 46k miles). RKP from iND Distribution. Looks so much better, and I'm sure I'm a LOT faster!

you have to buy a charger with a special lithium ion program. Otherwise charging voltage is too high which activates a saftey fuse. This is then avoiding your battery being charged with a standard/agm battery program.
