Considering selling M3 - Pricing opinions?

Considering selling my 2016 M3 and getting a Boxster GTS and an electric commuter. We're moving in a week from Boulder, CO to San Francisco and will have to commute stop and go traffic from time to time (hence the weekend toy and the electric car). Curious what the community thinks on pricing, particularly for SF Bay Area. Thanks!
