Is it me or would having a column that simply said fixed (Yes/No) help? I think because I fall into an odd circumstance, I had some issue filling out a couple of columns. My situation is I have taken delivery, have the issue, but do not have any word on when I will be getting my car fixed.

"released from VPC" would mean fixed, delivered would mean it's in your possession. We could add in a fixed yes or no, the problem is the information could be inaccurate. Until your car is in your possession we can't rely on what any owner is told other wise this list wouldn't need to exist. However, I'm open to whatever is best for everyone. I have been told twice my diff was fixed and then called back an hour later and told it's not. I'm going to add a formula to generate a fixed status field.
