Diff seal, O2 sensors, Ground strap

I was quoted the following for suggested maintenance by the dealer for my 2017 F80 with 55k miles (59k now). Do these sound right? The cost for O2 sensors replacement sounds especially ridiculous:

Differential - Pinion Bearing: FOUND REAR DIFFERENTIAL PINION SEAL SEEPING, RECOMMEND REPLACING PINION SEAL.
$1509.64

Oxygen Sensor Replacement: DUE TO SIB 12 37 14, UPDATED OXYGEN SENSORS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THESE FAULTS, IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT RETURNS, RECOMMEND REPALCING BOTH POST CAT OXYGEN SENSORS AND PROGRAMMING VEHICLE.
$1321.76

Ground Strap: FOUND ENGINE GROUND STRAP IS CORRODED, RECOMMEND RPEALCING GROUND STRAP.
$141.54

Yes, thats outrageous. Find another dealer, or go to an independent mechanic.
