I have yet to testPropel. They are usually much cheaper than Pearsons when they are not on sale. $2.50 per gallon for Propel vs $3.30 per gallon for Pearson's in the Bay Area.

Propel is always consistent @ 85%, never had an issue. Used the Elk Grove (hwy99), Berkeley and Fremont stations in the past
