Dont worry that bubble will burst soon and 18s will be mid 40s where they belong.

I just had an auto broker offer me $54.5K on my 2018 F80 with 21K miles. I might just taken them up on it. Yeah I was pretty shocked at that offer.

Other sites online will easily offer $50.2K-$50.5K sight unseen. Tesla offered $50.5K sight unseen.

I also missed the discount.

Asked BMWFS few times in the past two months, they weren’t able to do anything, also got same quote from dealers on buyout price.

At the end, I did buy it out, waiting for my title now...

So mad, lesson learn: sometime can’t think for too long. I saw the discount back in August and thought it will always be there...

Hello it’s been a while since this topic has been updated. By any chance are the discounts being offered as of February 2022.
Thank you

ok guys....Nov 2022 is coming! Market seems getting better! Has anyone gotten "Customer purchase discount" on their buyout?
I still have 9 months left on my lease and I am going to buyout my car. As of now, I don't see discount showing.

Realistically, I don't think that discount will ever come back. Maybe, if the market takes a dump and there's an abundance of stock, but I doubt it.

Leases for new cars to replace it are probably gonna be bad in light of interest rates even if car prices improve. Plenty of people will probably buy out their leases to avoid getting a new one and dealers still need used inventory. So I wouldn’t expect any type of incentive in buyouts in the absence of another highly unusual event like a pandemic.
