I agree completely! It was my only concern moving from my current M coupe to the M4. I think the car is gonna be amazing in person, because not many pics we post on any of our cars do them justice. Unfortunately, sound in lil sound bits, color swatches, and 2D pics are all we really have until we pick one up or see it in person.

This car looks like it's made for teenagers, e92 was superior looking comparing to this

It's apparently what is the in thang. Softer edges, rounded and in Pokemon colors or whatever cute animated characters are popular now. Same thing that happened with IOS 7. Influence of new important markets I guess.

E92 in camo was definitely not superior looking than F80/F82 in camo.

I see my e92 looking a bit dated, still love the old bird. But I see the lines as more rounded on the e92 than the F82.

Right because F80 M3post = bimmerpost.

Nah, some of us F80 haters come from the original M3post, E90post, whereever.

The M3 concept had been revealed...it was in puke yellow and made for teenagers, while the E92 concept was classy.

The M4 concept was pretty aggressive looking, I agree. But it looks too "high end" to be a teenager's car. I think the production M4 will look amazing, as a slightly toned down version of the concept.

It looks alright, no real "wow" factor but I'll wait until the production vehicle is released to pass judgement.

Concept = production. Only wheels will be different.

Also, M3 concept:

Well, off the top of my head, differences include the CF rear diffuser, CF front splitter, M colored CF roof stripe, black kidney surrounds, super dark window tinting and the controversial Aurum Dust paint job...so, it's close but not the same. The front and rear CF aero parts (which look great but add a more aggressive look) are hopefully production options and not part of some future competition package. I prefer the all black kidney grills on the concept too.

CF rear diffuser will be available as M Perf. (see 4er M Perf)
CF front splitter will likely be available as M Perf.
M colored CF roof stripe might not be.
Black kidneys will be available as M Perf or from iND (who made black chrome trim bits for E9x)
Super dark window tint is illegal, but doable
Aurum Dust paint job is unavailable, just like Chrome Shadow.

Here's hoping the M stripe was part of the roof itself, and not something that was specific to the Concept.

That would be awesome! Its such a small detail but a really nice little touch that just says, this is something special. I am normally a sunroof guy but I am going to go CF roof this time so I am really hoping this detail makes it into production.

I have a carbon fiber roof now and I was skeptical when I bought it if Id miss the sunroof. I'm very happy i have the CF roof and don't miss the light from above at all.
