what are the symptoms of bmw differential rubber sleeve cracking?

I don't know if the cracking of the bushing caused the resonance sound during upshifts. The resonance sound is most pronounced when I shift from 6 to 7 in the paddle mode.

If it’s starting to crack you won’t really know without a visual inspection. Once it’s cracked you can tell because you will hear a thud from the rear of the car on acceleration and deceleration.

My differential bushing is cracked, and I'm wondering if it's caused by the cracked bushing, but the resonance sound is a bit similar to a drag gear sound. My differential bushing is cracked, and I'm wondering if it's caused by the cracked bushing, but the resonance sound is a bit similar to a drag gear sound.
