manual ignition on via inpa

Hello guys im building a remote start system from scratch and i have a question

if the key is in the slot but not pressed is it possible to send a command via the obd with tool 32,inpa,or insta to trigger the kl15?( ignition on )? i want to capture this signal on the k-can

on ista i have seen this multiple times doing it by itself ( same for ista p )

maybe someone knows and it would really help out
