Share your KW V3 settings?

Having recently installed KW V3's on my F82 I'm ready to start dialing in some settings to change things up.
As the KW kits seems very popular, would anyone care to share their settings both top/bottom front and rear?

I thought some tried and tested fast road settings would save some trial and error time.

No need to mess with it really, out of the box settings are perfect and recommended by KW.
