Query on selling my beloved M4 F83 Vert :)

Hi all,

I've been quiet on this forum for a while now after been very active from 2014-2019. You can find all my posts on the history of upgrades I have applied to my car (close to $24,000 worth no less!!) here on the forum - car is in mint condition with only 42.3 K miles on clock.

I can see a KBB price of course but I'm curious as to what folk here would consider fair price and of course on the level of interest that might be here given the car's history with the forum and before I consider a proper listing.

Car is FULL spec (ca. $90K when bought) i.e. basically I added every option available but can list of course with sticker later too - this car also has that original CF drive shaft Has been garaged whole life and never tracked.

Spec includes:

Individual Amaro Brown Extended Merinos Leather
Driver Assistance Plus (Active Blind spot, Active Driving, Side & Top View cameras, Speed Limit Info)
Executive Package (HUD, Heated Steering Wheel, Rear View Camera, Neck Warmer, Park Distance Control, Sat Radio, Retract, Headlight washers)
Lighting Package (Adaptive full LED, Auto High Beam)
M DCT
Adaptive M Suspension
Parking Assistant
Harmon Kardon Surround Sound System
Enhanced USB & Bluetooth with Smartphone Integration (upgraded to Wireless charging)
Piano Black interior trim
Merino Leather Dashboard
Window trim high gloss black

Here are the main upgrades - would likely "throw in" original wheel set & tires and poss more gear at no addl. cost.:

CF = Carbon Fiber

Full IND purchased 3D Design CF aero all round (lip, skirts, diffuser)

Exotics Front Hood CF (dealership painted & installed)

Rear RKP trunk Spoiler CF

BC Forged 19" deep concave gloss black w/Michelin Pilot 4S

Eisenmann Heritage Exhaust Black with OEM BMW CF Tips

Roof controller (allows for long distance op and other functions)

XPEL PPF front half of vehicle

Custom leather wrapped center console (matches interior)

IND front grill and M4 painted rear logo

IND Sterckenn CF Bumper inserts CF

IND Black Chrome side markers

IND M4 Carpets

IND custom painted gear surround & knob (piano black)

Custom Painted Brake Cailpers (closer match to interior)

and more!

If you have the original parts you will be better off restoring to stock what you can and selling off the rest.

Indeed yes but not sure I am entirely bothered TBH - again early days and need to consider options but thought of just throwing it out there in case there was specific interest

We just sold our 2018 92k spec F83 Competition to the Porsche dealer with 16500 miles for $61000…
They do have it listed for sale at $67000.
There were some mods on it but dealer gives ZERO dollars for any mods.

I’d suggest removing all mods and returning it back to stock to recoup some cash to maximize value.

It’s lovely that! Yes, mods do nothing…even when I was selling my previous that had a MPE, the dealer told me to put the stock exhaust back and sell the MPE to someone to make some extra money!? Odd…

Indeed but all of you are assuming a sale to an auto trader or dealer - right now I have just as much chance of selling privately but your comments are spot on

Your car is gorgeous. The color combo, the wheels, the adaptive suspension, the stance, the hood…it looks perfect. Only thing I'd want is 6MT.
