EU5's will benefit stock turbos since you'll be able to run higher ethanol contents and maintain the same loads as you would've been at around E50-E60 on max power tuning typically. The HPFP will still struggle in the midrange but you really don't want to be pushing that much torque on stock rods in the midrange anyways to where you would need an upgraded hpfp...or maybe you do and then I'd recommend the Dorch Lift Kit.
How do you code the EU5 Injectors via ISTA? I thought the recalibration was performed with the tune by Bend Calibrations?

Both tuning and coding is required.

Junkie has it correct; both are required.

Will the stock tune run with these injectors for smog?
If it doesn't that blows as you'll have to reverse all that time/effort to stock, is my assumption correct?

Injectors are still oem and should not have anything to do with emissions. Likewise for the tune, unless you have a decat/Stg2. Not sure about running these injectors with stock mapping long term as it would run rich.

Thanks Commander!

Just to clarify on the whole procedure, so first I fit the EU5 injectors and then I load the Bend calibrations custom tune without turning on the car. Then I do the recalibration procedure through ISTA for the injectors and then I can turn on the car and do some pulls so I can log it to then send across to Ian for revisions?

You could technically do it either way, as long as the EU5 injectors are calibrated prior to starting and running around you should be fine.

My installer didn't have access to my BM3 account after calibrating the injectors, but was still able to drive around (nothing aggressive mind you) without any issues prior to loading the tune.

What power difference will you make on 93 custom tune between EU5 and standard EU6 injectors?

I think you need upgraded turbos to have a significant power increase

I was told by Halim@HCP with upgraded turbos with stock injectors you are capped at 600-610WHP

but with EU5 650-680WHP.

I'm planning to go with the same setup EU5 with 98RON only

That's quite a big difference

I also want to run only 98RON

Only with meth, because you're not making 680whp on 93 alone

Hey guys, if i get the Eu5 injectors, will i be able to just select the EU5 injectors under map settings? Or will i need to contact my tuner to have all my custom tunes updated?

Needs coded in with Ista is my understanding. I’m got EU5, Bend Calibration ultimate fuel filter, BM3, and the Flex Fuel sensor, 8S plugs. Going to install this weekend.

Halim knows better,
He tuned my car with stock injectors and pure high flow turbos to 672 hp,
If you include meth injection.

I just wrapped up my Final revision with F80 paul for full e-85 stock injectors. So he would be able to code the new injectors in and have to retune it? Will it be able to push more power on the stock turbo?

Paul already got you the most out of E85 with stock turbos. All the M5 injectors would get you was a lower HPFP working pressure.

If you did do the M5 injectors they should be coded and the small fuel adaptation setting reset. Make sure you have pictures of the flow numbers from the side of the injectors, and know which went where.

Thats good to know, Yeah i just spoke with paul he said no more power just prevents the injectors from sticking. He said since im using more than the recommended amount of top lube I should be okay. Bottle calls for 2-2.5 I use 3.5-4.

I'm going to end up going to EU5 and lift kit eventually. Those two together can handle 700/650 upgraded turbos right?

That plus a Stg3.5 Brushless LPFP and you can get 700-800.
