What does this mean?

I do drive my car in the canyons every now and then pretty hard! But even if it is from the canyon driving why only on one spot, and the other tire is fine!

Looks like rubbing to me. Because it's nearly on the sidewall. Are you lowered? Spacers? Front or rear tire?

Kinda weird. If the alignment feels good…how may miles are on the tire? Other side looks normal?

The tire have 11500 miles, but if you look at the thread of the tire, it's good!

The inside looks good! Maybe this is due to heavy braking and cornering at the same time?

Means new tires and alignment =) ~12,000 miles on PSS getting up there. Odd that it is in one spot though and you say alignment is ok...

This. My first thought was tire pressures are low as well. But if you are a spirited driver 12k on those softer compounds tend to wear down faster.
