Which paint color and wheel for my F80?

I ordered MG, full Cohiba Brown leather, black grille, sidemarkers and exhaust.

Last week I saw my favourite ///M3 so far - it was frozen silver, comp package and had the 666M wheels in Orbit Grey Matte from the DTM Championship Edition (see pic below). I tried to get a set of these wheels but it proved difficult.

Now I am facing the decision to change from MG to SS2 to have an even better contrast to all the black, matte grey and CF parts.

What do you think? Keep MG or change to SS2? Get 763M in black or 666M in matte grey (or possibly the more readily available two-tone black as an alternative)?

I vote for SSII with the black 666M wheels, much better contrast there. MG on black wheels looks boring, I would do the standard 666M wheels if it was MG but overall, the SSII with the black 666M looks more exciting

Cohiba Brown leather won't go well with it though IMHO. I'd do either SO Full leather X3DA or Black Leather for an SSII car

I wish they offered those new 763m in silver or brushed clear. Not a fan of black. Beautiful design though

I voted SS2 and Triple 6's in Orbit Grey Matte. Coupled with the gloss black trim & CF trim it will look superb! Full black leather interior & CCB's would top it off.

My order was originally MG before I switched to SO. Now looking back I think MG is the least exciting standard color (along with MW).

Take Brasko's advice (I would also ditch Cohiba) and don't look back.

Take note of the new M4 CS reveal. You will now have the option to get the 763M in Orbit Gray as an OEM part. These should be much easier to acquire than the 666M in Orbit Gray Matte. Of course, you could just have either wheel powder coated and finished as you desire anyway, but if you are trying to stay with unmodified OEM parts this could be the ticket to get both the color and style you want.

Based on the live pics from the Shanghai show, I personally think the Orbit Gray 763M are the best of the bunch.

Cohiba looks good with everything in my opinion. It's a really dark color and sets off the interior just that little bit. All black is so boring.

But are the 763M wheels an option now for "regular" M4s?

I hold the exact opposite opinion.

SSII because M color

Are the 763M obtainable now? In Grey? I haven't been up to date on news but I only just know the M4 CS came out barely 24 hours and it has the Grey 763M but the car won't be in people's driveway until late 2017/early 2018?

It sounds like getting the regular 666M then get them powder coated is easiest to do

I agree, I don't see any reason why Cohiba wouldn't look good with SS exterior. Actually it goes weel with almost every color since it's a pretty dark color, it's not like we are talking about red, purple, blue, green or whatever.

Have to agree with Modcrazy, all black interior is rather boring. Had Sakir leather with my white M3 but now have full Amaro leather with YMB and I love it!

If you dress up any of the greys and silvers with black they look good. SO interiors finish off the detail beautifully.

I guess I'm still signed in on the computer at work

Id agree with my Dad though, I came from Silverstone interior to full black, nothing else would really go with fire orange, unless you had the balls for Fire with Sakhir and the black is a much more somber place to be, it's not very exciting, and once you can factor in dust, finger prints etc, black is no easier kept clean.
