Issue with "Screaming" DCT Noise
So I recently did the fluid and filter service on my DCT, and now am encountering a really odd noise that I hear while the car is in neutral. Once I rev the engine, the noise disappears but then comes back once the throttle is let off. See this video of how it sounds (the wetness if from brake cleaner, not leaking fluid) - https://youtube.com/shorts/X6C7qCCs2Fk?feature=share
For reference, this is a 2016 M3 with 98k miles. I had never heard this noise before doing the fluid change, and as far as I know this was the first DCT service on the car. After doing the service I did not hear the noise for the first week or two (maybe 50-100 miles driven), but then it just randomly started one day while I was in a parking lot after a drive. I don't hear it immediately after starting the car, but usually after a few minutes I starts making the noise and then it does not stop. After hearing this and thinking maybe I got a bad suction jet pump, I ordered all new parts and fluid again and did the same service a 2nd time - but that did not fix the issue at all. I used DCTF1+ fluid as indicated by NewTIS, and used the ISTA fluid fill procedure during the hot fill portion of the service. The car took about 6.5L of fluid, and I used all Getrag parts for this service. I am at a loss of what could be going on here, and am hoping someone might have a lead on what could be going on.

these noise mostly coming from the engine rear main seal, check your PCV valve, you can open your engine oil cap, if the noise gone then you need a new valve cover.

You were absolutely right, thank you! Determined the issue was actually not related to the DCT at all, it was a PCV issue (sound goes away after removing engine oil cap which had significant pressure on it). Guess it was just perfect timing of happening right after my DCT job was finished.
