Where is the Valvetronic RELAY?

2015 F83 75000 miles. Car running strong, no clicks on unlocking

Having a CEL with the fault code 1F0515 valvetronic relay. Recently replaced the valvetronic actuator and cable (actuator to DME) as the valvetronic gasket was compromised and got oil in the housing. Prior to the replacement I was disconnecting the negative terminal and I arced the battery with a ratchet. I’ve read a bit and seem to have seen where this error comes up with shorting the circuit. The valvetronic relay is supposedly a fixed relay in the fuse distributor (?). I’m having a bear of a time finding out where this really is specifically and what I should actually replace. Is it the red fuse box shown in the pic?
