No major issues except a pcv leak at around 95k and alternator at 60k. I am lowered on swifts and am thinking about changing out the shocks at some point. I drive through some crazy bumps/pot holes in the city. I am stage 2 tune/full bolt ons and plan to go pure stage 2 this upcoming summer.

I can't tell you how many times people think my car is new and i'm like yeah it has over 100k! Everything is about how you take care of a car. It helps that i'm OCD af lol. The motor and build quality on the F8x is superb. Ive had both low and high mile e46 and e92 m3s. The f8x is by far the most reliable and impressive machine. This platform is going down in the history books. I remember as a kid being in awe seeing high mile modded supras be bulletproof when ever other car would fall apart.

What type of tires do you run in the winter time?

2020 F87 M2CS  [7.13]
2018 m4 non-zcp
24,000 miles in 18 months

-MPE cracked at around 8,000 miles
-Spun crank hub at 12,000 miles
-Windshield wiper mechanism and fluid sensor both broke around 15,000 miles
-All fixed under warranty

Now I'm getting a really bad creak from the rear deck or brake light area. Going in for the 30k service soon. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it

edit: the other day I was looking at the engine coolant reservoir and it's at the minimum level. Gonna make sure there's no leak when I drop the car off for service.

After 5 years (as of yesterday) and 34k+ miles, mine STILL keeps putting that stupid grin on my face. It's still hard to take the shortest route between any two points.

Not really high mileage but 2 years and 26k miles. Changed a set of tires. That's it.

I'm curious to learn how many factory warrantied F8Xs are out there driving around with a leaking charge cooler since there are no alerts for it.

https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...=charge+cooler

Had I not run into the above thread, I don't think I ever would've thought to check the fluid level.

And for those of you driving any car you love year-round where they salt roads, props? Rust sucks.
