My center display is buzzing

I have a bee stuck in the middle display - or at least that's what it sounds like!

I parked my 2015 M4 facing the sun one day, and since then it genuinely sounds like there is a bee stuck in the damn display. (I checked, no bee).

I am sure 99% of people here will not stand for rattling and buzzing noises in their cars. Is the only option to take the display out and repair?

How would you expect it to be fixed without taking it out and fixing it?

Contacting a beekeeper or priest to exorcise the demons

Is that how you generally fix an issue with your vehicle?

Easy Chandler, do you actually have a suggestion?
Usually when people bring up issues here they are looking for something easier, you know something other than ripping half their car apart!

Funny. I guess I can "rip half my car apart" in 2-3 minutes.

No, I've never had a CID buzzing.

The CID can be removed by removing the dashboard trim place (simply pulls out) and unscrew the 2 bolts holding the CID in at the bottom.

Unplug if you so desire.

So simple, even a caveman could do it.

That's awesome, least you're confident you can even do this in 2-3 minutes, even though you're clearly smarter than the average caveman.

Anyone who cannot pry a trim piece off and unscrew 2 bolts shouldn't consider working on their car.

I also had a buzzing before as well but only happened once then never came back
