Buggy BMW Connect fuel range

Filled up the car yesterday after putting 70 miles on it today and 11 gals left after a 14 gal max full. The BMW connect software says I have 11 gal remaining with 332 miles to go. I get a feeling something is not right here.

Connect doesn't update fuel stats unless connected by USB to the phone on older cars/iDrive versions.

Mine doesn't show fuel or range even if plugged in.

Mine doesn't show trip activity with USB or Bluetooth/Apps activated.

I'm not sure but perhaps an active or life time subscription is required? I've raised a service ticket with their online team before and they're quick to respond.

How do you open a ticket? Whenever I send addresses from my phone to my car, the time is off.

If you go to the BMW Connected Drive app and "... more" at the bottom and then "contact and about".
