The MSD program in those regions can be for new BMW customers as well right? I have a dealer saying it's only open to current BMW lesses with an existing MSD.

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I ordered mine last month. Showed them this post and the document, they made calls and confirmed this was only for existing customers. I pushed again, the called another department in BMW FS and was also confirmed.

I didnt want to push again. My dealer has always been upfront and completely honest. the second call was with BMWFS on speaker so I could hear. the woman seemed aware of the program but confirmed it was only for existing MSD program holders

this post makes it seem like its for everyone...My dealer is in NJ but I live outside of Philly.

Any customer who chooses to put down multiple security deposits on their new lease is eligible for this program. In addition, customers who have multiple security deposits on their maturing lease account will be able to transfer their balance to their new lease and take advantage of this program.
The second sentence implies IF you have lease with MSD, you too can take advantage of the program. At least that's how I read it.

I just got off the phone with a two BMWFS customer service reps and someone from BMW NA Corp and was told that each dealership does not have to conform to the corporate BMWFS product and can change the terms of the product as they see fit (i.e. if they only want to offer it to existing lessee with existing MSD). Do dealerships get more profit if they sell a lease with a higher MF? That's the only reason why I would think they would deny for new customers.
