Again, if you read thread I gave OP PROPER ANSWER.

He used suggestion to set price.

Other person started argument that I was incorrect.

Suggest you redirect your anger.
No, i didn't start an argument that you were incorrect. I chimed in after you (a) didn't give OP what was specifically asked for, and (b) only suggested one place for valuing the car. It was almost literally the least helpful reply you could have made.

The entire intent of my first post was to say "usually I'd agree going to carmax is a good idea, but in my case also taking it to the dealer turned out to be a good option, and got me more money". Somehow you warped that into thinking I was saying an M3 is an M4 which leads me to realize your reading comprehension is on par with my toddler.

Turns out going to carmax and the dealer was true for the OP as well. However you want to frame this in your own mind is all yours, and good luck with that my friend.

Do we happen to have 2018 M4 ZCP numbers yet or is it still too early?

You want the adjusted MMR? I'm only seeing non ZCP from 62-66k.

Thanks! Any idea why that range is lower than the above 2017 numbers for M4?

Based on my dealings with Manheim this seems pretty favorable. We use them in my industry for secured loans. Feeling pretty damn good after seeing this.

Wondering if the up and coming going electric movement has anything to do with this current price stability and possible appreciation, these remaing year gas powered M models might hold better value?

Not sure. Manheim has a large database so their numbers are the standard.

Maybe fewer transactions...who knows.

How about a specific vehicle: 2018 M4 ZCP with 11K miles...all options minus CCBs.

Trade in, private sale, lease transfer on this (90K MSRP)...

Just curious what the market was for the dealers. I need to get out of the M depreciation game - I’m done with it. That’s why I’m looking to get in to a Porsche GT4.

It's tough. So many M cars out there and they really take a dump on value. I can refer you to a broker if you're trying to find a GT4.

Can we get a bump for the latest 2015 m3 numbers.
Would it be better to buy now or wait till spring ?

40-44k. We're paying on the low end of that number, the market is so over saturated with F8X's right now from lease turn-in's.

Agree with you, f80 and 82 filling the auction blocks, the online only dealers are killing the lots for m3/m4 resales
