well you may think it's irrelevant, but you're a north american. there must be a reason such a softer spring is preferred, or even possible, in europe. are you sure these numbers aren't confused by the progressive nature of the coil?

the european version being both lower and significantly softer than stock just doesn't make sense to me. is there a large difference between OEM NA and Euro suspension i'm unaware of?

All I can say is to contact Eibach Germany if you want specifics on heights and rates on their Euro kit. I do know they are somewhat limited with TUV regulations. Not even our North American engineers know why the rates are what they are.

Soon! We're just finalizing our design now and hopefully will put these into production asap. Part number and pricing has already been set up so preorders can be made starting this week.

I just spoke to a rep in CA re: status of these, who put me on hold while she checked w/R&D, and came back to tell me they're still in Prototype with no ETA for completion, but will be roughly 8 weeks to shipping after release from Prototype to Production. She said R&D is aware that there's high pending demand for the U.S. kit, so they're focused on getting them done ASAP, but at least 8-10 weeks from now.

Does that sound right to you, Tony?

I called also and they told me basically the same thing. I've pretty much decided to quit waiting on these and go with the Dinan. They cost quite a bit more, but I know they'll ger the job done.

I looked closely at the AC Schnitzer. Now leaning towards them. Anybody have them? Happy?

I believe Palomequet has the ACS. Maybe he can comment.

You Palomequet and iamwingman should start a new thread with your reviews on the ACS

It would be great to have your feedback, as there is not much available on the ACS

Thanks. I was hoping to hear some positive opinions on them. I've got my appointment for installation a week from tomorrow. I will definitely chime in and tell y'all what I think. If they are half as good as their price premium would indicate, I'll be happy. 600 bucks. Ouch.

You can see my review in my other thread "275-295 on black OEM wheels". I went through trial and error with H&R, Eibach and I had ended with AC's for the looks and performance that I achieved with them. Yes quality, research and development have their price. You are going to be happy!
