Ordering custom Signatures - help with offsets

Getting ready to pull the trigger on some Signature wheels. Currently have Apex VS5RS 19x10 et25 front, 19x11 et44 rear. 275/30 front 305/30 rear. Keeping 19” as my tires are new and I prefer a bit more sidewall.

Curious what would be “perfect” offsets? I was thinking et20 front, et40 rear. With my current setup, there’s certainly room for spacers to make it perfectly flush. Zero rub.

Suspension is currently Swift sport springs only. Going Ohlins or KW V3 down the road.

I would mostly agree with your logic of 19x10" +20 front and 19x11" +40 rear if you are staying with the 275/305 tire width combo and want to stay with a 10" front wheel. I say 'mostly' because of your possible future coilover ideas.

You are lucky because your current wheels give you a great real-world starting point to test with a set of 5 mm spacers so you can get a great idea of how flush your new set will be.

A 10" +20 and 275mm tire will give you a little poke on the front when camber is around -1.75~-2.0 degrees. You could also do a 9.5" +16 front wheel and still fit the 275 tire and get flush fitment with more inner clearance and not as much poke on the outside, which would also allow you to run a coilover like a KW V3.

If you do plan on going with KW V3 coilovers (or any option with a wider spring diameter) you will need an 19x10" +20 wheel to clear the spring perch up front. A 19x10" +25 offset or higher in the front will not work with KW V3 coilovers. The best version of a KW V3 coilover would be to ditch the springs that come with them, buy 2.25" x 6" spring diameter equivalents in the same 300lb-ish spring rate, and buy a set of camber plates that match. That way, you get a streetable coilover kit that doesn't reduce inner wheel/tire clearance.

I have some pictures of the front 'poke' with a 10" +20 and 275 tire if you wanted to see how far the tire sticks outside the fender.

Thanks for the detailed reply!

I was thinking of doing exactly what you said and order some 5mm spacers to try all around. My currently alignment is pretty standard so we’ll see if I can make the 275 with +20 work. I need to get it touched up soon anyways so I’ll see if they can add in -2 up front.

Any issues with a +39 and 305?

You should double check. I believe 275/30 only works on F82, not F80, unless you don't mind rubbing.
