Decisions, decisions , decisions .... my 666M's come in tomorrow, I'm either doing:
A)Gloss Black B)Satin Black C)Orbit Grey (like the DTM) For my car, picture attached, what does everyone think will look best? |

hi there.
I'm new to the forum. Can anyone suggest where where I can buy used competition package 666m wheels. Preferable with tires included? I searched on google and see a couple of places selling them new, but looks pricey at $3500-$3700 not including $500-600 delivery cost. thanks |

Like they said above even used they aren't cheap, you're going to be paying anywhere from $2600 to $3000 depending on condition and a few other things. With tires you're looking at over $3000. These are all used prices of course.
Personally I think, if you can't wait, just buy a silver set and have them done in AutoFlex whatever color you want. I was going to buy the new "black" ones too until I realized they're really not black. |

Thank you for the responses. I appreciate it.
I read a few posts suggesting that as production increases we should start seeing more used 666m for sales. I wanted to post to the whole forum but somehow ended on the black 666m forum. Sorry. My preference is to get the standard silver color. I think Black rims would be too much on my existing car. I have a black 435GC, with black kidney grill and darkened windows. It's m-sport so kind of has the m-look. Thought the cp wheels would look great, plus I hate how the run-flats feel. I may just buy a set of new wheels and keep them. Once my lease up I think I'm def. getting an M-car and could make use of the cp wheels. Thanks again for the advice. Sorin |

Orbit Grey! I asked the agency to paint a small sample for me and it looks amazing! I think it would look great on YMB and CF parts |

So I've had these done for a few weeks now and let me tell you, I get comments everywhere I go. People can see the design and comment on it consistently. If you have a car like mine with black accents and carbon fiber throughout it will look fantastic.
Oh and another fun fact is, by going with gloss black you actually get three wheel colors, for the first couple of weeks it's glossy, 3rd week Satin Black, and after the 3rd week the break dust makes it look Orbit Grey, yeah I should wash my car more! |

I am loving the black 666M wheels and now am on the hunt for a set that I can powdercoat black.

Got the wheels done.
Factory DTM wheels do not appear to be exactly orbit grey. They are a darker shade again almost black. I ended up with satin orbit grey, I'm pretty happy with the end result so far, at least until I can save the pennies for Brixton The addition of carbon, lowering and spacers this week will finish the car off. The photos dont do it justice the wheels look incredible in real life and whilst moving. |
