Will this wheel combo work?

Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Front: (2) 19x9.5 ET43
Rear: (2) 19x10.5 ET22
Tires: Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06
255/35r19
285/35r19

I have an opportunity to grab them from someone. Just curious. 2018 M3 Comp. Steel Brakes.

Rear will rub. Fronts will require 20+MM spacer.

You can force it to fit with spacer and mixing up tires (lower profile/different brand), but no not ideal for the F8x.

Are You sure you placed the ET(offset) to the correct wheels...

if they are:
19x9.5" ET22
19x10.5" ET43

then they shouldn't be bad. But if it is as you wrote it... then there would be some issues.

My eyes saw it the same way.
Would work if the ETs are flipped.
