I'd tried that thinking I may have corrupted some files whilst unzipping. However that didn't solve things shame as I'd downloaded the files from a fairly easy to find source. However just had 15 minutes to try your links this evening everything worked as it should do, and my mirrors now fold as soon as you lock the car. Will be looking at the other things that can be tweaked now and trying to find a high beam assist rear view mirror for a bit of retrofit fun.

You can forget about that, as now you can just download the CAFD and copy to your CAFD folder:

Dear Shawn,
I went to the dealer to get the LCD screen changed which had a big dust spot in the screen. The dealer coded my car which claimed as a BMW SOP. All the coding are wiped after that, so I decided to re code my car and I installed E-sys 3.26.1 with PSDZDATA full 55.4

E-sys launched by launcher could established the connection with my car, but when I tried to code the car, CAFD filed are missed.

I already injected cafd_00000794.caf.014_040_121 is there anyway to inject cafd_00000794.caf.014_040_122 back.

I downloaded cafd_00000794.caf.014_040_122 and copied it into the C:\data\psdzdata\swe\cafd

It doesn't show in the Detect CAF for SWE list if I try to inject the 122 cafd file.

Not easily you can't. Why do you care though? Unless you flash ECU with new firmware, you will not get anything different for coding between cafd_00000794.caf.014_040_121 and cafd_00000794.caf.014_040_122.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same and just leaving it, since everything is working fine. But I couldn't help but to tinker with it.

Ended up reading ecu, saved, edited version to 122 in fem_body section in the xml editor, loaded the edited file, then code the fem_body ecu. Now the cafd shows the 122 version again.

I picked up the car friday with the latest software on it-

with 57.1 an ESys i get on CAF Error - unfortunately the BODY - the most important one :-(

I tried the full and the lite version - same Error so there is either a wrong BODY in the psdzdata or there must be an even newer one


I shipment F020-15-11-502

which i guess is psdzdate 57.1 as it says so in the VCM.

However reading all the CAF Files - the FEM BODY comes back with an error

i have the same issue on my bmw 435i the fem_body caf gives me same error the other codes works fine
