If you can help me, I have updated the modules, KOMBI, KAFAS, NBT and some more. But I am afraid to update the FEM_BODY modules and especially FEM_GW. How should I connect to the car with the ENET cable, via VIN? or via GATEWAY URL ?.

Do not flash ECU just for the sake of flashing it. If there is no problem with FEM_GW, then don't flash it.

I want to flash it to have all the ecu on the same level. And that there are no incompatibilities between them

yes, I updated COMBI and now the cruise control does not work correctly and also the acceleration bar neither

I doubt FEM_GW Flash has anything to do with either. But if you want to flash it, do so via VIN same as other ECU.

Does your F20 have a GHAS ECU?

Regardless, if you need to flash Head Unit only, edit svt_soll to contain only Head Unit ECU (e.g. HU_NBT2) and then Calculate Flash TAL.

I figured this out, by using different psdzdata and making minor edits to SVT_Soll.

Hi all,

I've got a M2C F87 with I-Step F020-18-07-530 (this is NBTevo_O18184l). I wanted to get full screen Apple Carplay so flashed the NU_NBT2 and the car now reports NBTevo_X20511l, so something must have gone right

(Getting carplay requires re-activation of ConnectedCar.)

There is one source of confusion here, in some flashing guide it advised to disable "Update VCM after TAL execution". So I disabled it and hence this update didn't happen as I'm not entirely sure what is flash now is exactly (some things updated, some not). Didn't do this manually yet. Should I update the VCM to F020-21-11-510 (expert mode, VCM, set "I-Step (current)")? Is there anything I need to specifically set again?

Any tips much appreciated!

Makes no difference. I-Step current is purely informational and serves no actual function.

Thanks for clarifying the versions, one more unknown solved. Do you happen to know what the recommendation to fill in here for such mixed flashes?

Don't update it. Leave it be. Again though, it makes no difference what is put in I-Step Current.

The trick to get Carplay going again on this version was to re-subscribe to ConnectedCar.
