I've been beating my head against the wall with my dealer. They don't order many cars and probably haven't had anyone ask what I'm asking. I have an Order Number. #0677527. I'm not sure what the status is, but I'm assuming 111. My build shows up on BMWUSA site. 800 number says I don't have a confirmed production date.

Mine is showing Req. Prod. 2014/05/19; Sub. Req. Prod. 2014/05/19; Conf. Prod. 2014/06/26. According to my SA it doesn't mean a lot until it goes 112 as it can change.

Update. We are up to 31 entries!

Week 25 is now up to 9 cars, and Week 19 is up to 5 cars. Tony, there is a CCB M4 for Week 16. It must be a dealer launch car. So don't call your assassin yet.

AW is still the most popular color, leading SSII by 2. SSII, YMB, and MG are tied for second.

There are 14 M3s and 17 M4s now.

I filled out the survey.

I finally got my goofball SA and dealer GM to track down my Production Week 31. It only took me about ten text messages, half a dozen emails, and several phone messages.

I'm guessing that I'm such a late delivery due to me not getting my order in the bank until March 22nd.

Update.

We are up to 42 entries, 10 more from yesterday!! That is a lot of M cars coming to the USA. AW is still increasing its lead while SSII, YMB, and MG are tied for 2nd. MW and BS are tied for 5th. AY remains to be the rarest color.

PremierAutoArmour and I Love BMW's cars are getting built this month! 13 will be built in May, 19 in June.

Today I include a break down on dealer delivery, ED, and Performance Center Delivery. There are 11 ED in the survey, spanning Week 16 to 33, 9 of them are between Week 21 to Week 25. That may be a pretty large ED party there.

I also include the full list of people who have submitted a survey entry. If your production week needs updating or I don't have the entry you submitted, please let me know.

Any chance bmw will move my production date up from the confirmed? My dealer seems to think the confirmed is worse case scenario and it will most likely start on our around the req.

That would be nice since I'm second to last in this sample. I wonder if there is any correlation between the date the order was entered and the allocated production date.

thanks too, it's very interesting chart. Someone said in another post that they also have ED in August but I can not find who it was . Also, for the April car do we know where it is ( is it a dealer car) so we can maybe go see it?
