MSRP $82k
Rebate: $3,750
Discount: $7,000

I actually found better deals at other dealers, but they had missing options or options I didn't want. I was looking for a Mineral Grey ZCP with Silverstone interior and this was the last one in Texas. I could have done a little better but ultimately I'm happy I got the exact spec I was looking for.

My msrp was $88,000 though as mine is fully loaded plus had the M perf spoiler, diffuser, and front splitters and lip.

I'm pretty mad about it though. I called the dealership and they said there is no way I would have received the same discount on that car in Jan, not sure if I believe them but if that's the case maybe it would have been the same payment anyway even with 61%.
Now many dealership will not give as much discount since the residual went up. As your $9250 off msrp, that discount is not include the rebates and incentive right?
That was the total discounted, it was $1000 for loyalty, and not sure how the rest was labeled but my total discount was almost 10k.

you are right if you include all the discount, rebates and incentive. I was wonder if they can do more than $10k but most of the dealer would not.
The quote i got is $5500 off MSRP and $4500 rebates and incentive on the Imola Red M3.

So you think I could have gotten the same deal with a 61% residual? Freken two days later, I'm so mad.

Ya. Didn't think the residual will go up to 61%. I was surprise too.

Discount is pretty decent and it looks like dealers have reverted back to discounting it 7% or so plus incentives due to the residual increase.

Please send some of those positive vibes over to Florida.

Went again today and no discount. Same story. They don't discount M cars. The discount was the incentives and those weren't even full. Instead of $2500 lease credit, they were giving me $2000. The lowest they were allowed to go on the MF was .00208 ( I have excellent credit). Let's not mention the miscellaneous fees such as Lunch fee, Car Wash fee, etc. I didn't even fight those since I couldn't even get past the MSRP discount negotiation.

I give up. Unfortunately, if I want the car from a Florida dealer, I will have to pay full MSRP and well over $1100/month. Can I pay it? Sure, but I will feel really dumb doing it. I wanted to lease but if I want a fair deal I'm going to have to look outside of Florida and buy. That seems like the best route.

I was wondering if maybe it was me coming off smug or like a pushover but I'm not. Being very friendly but stern. I just don't know. Maybe just poor negotiator.

Anyways, I'll go back to my Jeep for now I guess.

Thanks everyone for the input, suggestions and knowledge given. I've learned a great deal.

Anyone know or can confirm if there is a 1,000 conquest rebate (instead of loyalty) for the M3/M4 to be had alongside the lease credit? Specially in the Bay Area?

My gf got a X3 back in Nov and we were able to get the 1K conquest vs. loyalty.

Please tell me this is true and they actually had a "lunch" fee on their offer. I need to see proof of this

Central Florida is bad, too. No discount at Fields BMW in great Orlando area, where Fields is the only BMW dealer. I guess probably very few people in Central Florida will buy a performance car, so the dealer won't offer decent deals.

I was under the impression that 12% off before rebates is possible. $72,705 selling price. $860/mo inc tax.

How many people here have gotten 10%+ off MSRP before incentives when financing instead of leasing? Or do you only get deals like that when leasing?
