Yup...Blizzaks lol. Winter's almost here so I'll save the mod list till spring at least. And then...who knows. Budd's is one of Canada's top Dinan dealers and my '11 M3 got the treatment, only fair that this one does too???

I truly did love the look of the FBW and in the sun it was really cool the way it glowed and gave off sort of a 1/3 reflection compared to gloss. But the new colour was too good to pass up so I took the gamble it'd turn out like it did. So thank-you sir!!

Yup, remember the exact colour you're talking about. Mario kart's dad had a 2002 same shade and said this one brought back memories. I've always been a fan of retro everything so this colour probably suits my style more than I originally imagined lol.

Good question, forgot to mention that. It was shipped to Canada with the rest of the cars and BMW assumed ownership of it. It could have been destined to join their fleet (as an M Power Tour vehicle) or sold as used. One of the guys on the tour with us arranged to buy it for his employee and it now has a happy home in Vancouver!!

The color actually kind of vaguely reminds me of Silverstone Blue from the E39 M5 days. I got to see one in person a couple of years ago and completely fell in love with it:
