EMD spring post install question - GTF measurements

I installed the EMD springs and there's a little bit of a difference in ground to fender height between the driver and passenger front. I did the install where you lift the strut assembly, remove the top 18mm nut and then drop the whole assembly. Springs are seated correctly on the rubber mounts and where the strut makes contact to the tower. One side is approx. 25 7/8" and the other side is 25 5/8".

Is this normal for springs? Anyone else have the same experience?
