Love those wheels, but I feel that the rear ones look a bit small due to the M4 rear quarter panels that are huge

The rear rim can look a little small but the rubber looks tall in person and helps it out.

If I have a chance to trade my 19" for 18" probably will do it to get some peace of mind due to our poor street's

MG, YMB and SS, in that order, look great with 18's. To me MG and YMB are tied for best looking with 18's. SS is probably second to those two. All other colors just have to have the 19's. Haven't seen anything that looked good with the silver 18's vice gunmetal.

Looks like it is possible. There is just a slight curve where he mounted the lip to the stock bumper.
