no Sat radio on 2017 M4

So I picked this car up last week and have an active Sirius subscription for this car and the Radio ID etc. Been on the phone with sirius for an hour and nothing coming through car radio. I don't even see the options for the channels. It says something no entries. It has the option for sat radio on the idrive menu but nada! Thoughts or is a software bug that needs dealer attention?
