F83 hard top damage

Dropped the roof today and heard a crack. On closer inspection the thin piece of plastic in the middle of the hinge cover has snapped.
Has this happened to anyone else and how did you repair it. Thanks

I’m missing this cover, was told I needed to purchase the entire trim along the length of the roof.
Not sure when or what caused it to going missing

Check which part exactly u need.

Recently, i purchased the part number 54377190552 from FCP Euro to address the issue i had with my hinge. Try to find the specific part only... as the part has been updated and now you have to purchase the entire assembly which is ridiculous!

That was interesting to see but I don’t know if it applies to this situation with just this little hinge being an issue.

Yes finding just the part in question is ideal but can it be fixed individually?

I believe a competent workshop will able to handle this issue easily. But i can't seem to understand your photo as it looks different from mine.
