Hey bringbacklsb, you mention that someone could assume the loan. What is the monthly payment, how long is the loan term, what is the current remaining balance, how much money was put down? I haven't heard of BMW allowing someone to assume a loan with the same terms, but I was curious what terms you have in case this could be an option. The seller is a pretty nice guy. I reached out to him asking and trying to buy it. I think he had a sale pending (?) - someone wanted the car, but had to wait to secure financing to close the deal (I think he was doing some payments or gave deposit).

The car is nice, but the depreciation is killing the value.

Awesome car and super nice seller. I too attempted to purchase the car but a guy from New York or New Jersey had already put down a deposit, so I moved to my second choice. Hopefully Fransisco was able to finalize the deal, hence his lack of follo-up to the ad. I know how much he loved this car, and likely was heart-broken if it did indeed leave his garage.
If this car ever comes up for sale again, I'd be after it again for sure.
