Lease Takeover: Charlotte, NC, 17 M3, Min Grey/Sakir, 6sp, CP, MP Exhaust, Feb 2020

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds

Hello,

This is a lease transfer for the 2017 BMW M3 Mineral Gray with Sakhir Orange interior located in Charlotte, NC 28270.

See window sticker below for all options included. As noted in the title this does feature the M Performance exhaust.

The car currently has around 17000 miles and has 13000 miles left on the lease until 02/2020. I have more than one car so can stop driving this vehicle once I have an agreement with someone and start the transfer process.

Buyer will cover monthly payment of $787 (includes tax) and associated transfer costs ($500 fee plus any additional costs). Please note payment will be adjusted based on applicable tax in your local jurisdiction. To be clear only costs related to transfer is required. There is no deposit or transfer of funds to me required.

I assumed this lease from the original lessee in Feb 2018. I have recently acquired an E39 M5 and am pleased to the point that I no longer need this vehicle.

Feel free to inbox me or email me at mforrest100 at gmail or simply text me at (347) 739-9402. In person viewing of the car is totally welcome!

Beautiful car, nicely optioned and good price. Wish you were closer.

What's the residual and current payoff?

Hey....I didn't pick it... I just took it over....lol. The options at this price point were too much to resist. You don't see too many with the MP exhaust at this price point.

Several people hit me up from the West Coast on payment before taxes which prompted me to call BMW. Wanted to put the info here in case there were other interested parties. As everyone is aware taxes vary by state. The $787 noted above does not include tax as my state does not charge tax by month. If you are resident of CA for example, the payment will be $847 total (monthly and tax). Depending on how quickly someone is willing to move I may be willing to pay the difference to the transferee so the payment in their state remains $787.

hi I'm interested and in Raleigh but there is definitely tax in our lovely state. not that it makes much of a difference anyway. I'm hoping to have my M235i sold in the next week or so and a short term lease works for me since I'm up in the air as to my next move.

I agree there is tax but I think it's up front. When I called BMW they stated NC is not a state where the taxes are included in the monthly payment. I took that to mean they were paid up front. The previous lease was in SC and the payment was also in 787. If you text me I can send you a pic of the detail of my payment from my online account. It will show zero for taxes.
