My average is 30mpg although to be fair we have larger gallons in the UK than the US.
on a good tank I get 16mpg. on e85, more like 11. maybe I just have too much fun.

How the hell do you manage that?
Even putting everything into the lowest settings, and driving like an old granny, I was only seeing 22mpg.

Think it’s highly dependant on type of miles you drive, as I’m the same at around 20mpg, would imagine if doing a lot of motorway miles though you would see a lot greater mpg

If using Fuelly, you can go into the settings for UK mpg... mine is.

I'm sure it is, I was referring to the US based poster just in case he didn't realise that we automatically get more MPG due to the larger gallons compared the US.

I can get around 27-30 on a motorway run. Around the doors usually 20-22. On track with my previous m4 I saw 5-9mpg

Have it on a diagnostic it's likely to be a sensor

When you had this error, did your car feel like it was performing at 60%?

It felt heavier due to the adoptive suspension and steering not changing setting...the power itself was normal

any updates to this? I'm dealing with the same situation and I just ordered the following parts and i'll have to swap them out soon.

37156871465 Accelerating sensor (same part for both left and right)
31307850609 Cable, wheel acceleration sensor

Hopefully this solution from shiftmr2t works!

I can't remember the part numbers, sorry. However the vertical speed sensor was replaced and reprogrammed and all is well
