MyBMW not working correctly with military overseas sales

Has anyone who ordered through a Military Sales program been able to get their car to load to myBMW before taking delivery of the car?

I realize it's trivial but I'd like to be able to track the car like most folks can, I have what I think should be the production number but the site can't find it. I also know that it took several months after I had it for my last one to be able to be added and even then it has just about every option wrong.

I'm curious if it's just mine or BMW can't get the car loaded correctly because of getting it overseas.
