Last month, I got a quote for $73xxx on sale price on a $81095 msrp.. and with $5k total incentive/loyalty dropping net to $68,xxx and monthly payment including tax and everything at $908. That is with $2k down drive off and I still said no.

I think we can do better with the current residual with more arm wrestling.

I wouldn't say that (mainly because i'm spoiled on my 63% and .132MF), the residuals and MF's are still poor as compared to recent history. BUT, the incentives make them more attractive that's for sure.

MF does indeed seem to be .00188 for this month, as previously mentioned a slight increase.

I know incentives are region based so I called BMWFS and to find out about incentive amounts for my region and they said it's up to the discretion of the dealership to offer anything at all.

Here in Florida I'm seeing the following at the dealers:

M3
$2500 Lease Credit
$750 Loyalty

M4
$2500 Lease Credit
$2500 Loyalty

I can't get below $1k payment without putting down like 10k and the M4 comes out cheaper than the M3. WTF! UGH!

is everyone automatically eligible for the "lease credit" when they lease instead of buying?

also how is loyalty eligbility determined? my girlfriend just leased a BMW, if I show proof of that, would I also get the loyalty rebate or it requires same household/same lessee?

Can I just go the conquest $1,000 route? which was what she did (came from Mercedes)

I am in the SF Bay Area for those nearby

Correct. Just incentives changed from $5000 (dec) - $4500 (Jan)

checking here in SoCal, dealers are not willing to go below 3k off MSRP

talked to a couple dealers in the northeast and none of them really budged more than 8% off MSRP pre incentive
