I am not so sure
I was cleaning the wheels and saw that. Both front wheel and 2/3 of the inner wheel
Look like something got caught when they changed the tires? Straight line and rotation very consistent.
Ask the techs at work and been told that is strictly cosmetic and not affecting structural or anything of the wheels since it just on the paint

Well I cleaned it and only showed on the paint surface. Not through the metal. I will upload with new pics later for potential buyer

That looks like either over sized Caliper.. or who ever took the wheels off didn't know what they was doing.

The inner barrel scratch is from a stone getting stuck in between front caliper and wheel.
513M run very close to the caliper, and this happens very often, I've had a set do this as well.
It's superficial paint only damage.
Good price for locals, too bad you're not closer. Good luck with the sale !
