Apex F80 Ring Taxi Hot Lap Video

Hi everyone. I had the opportunity two weeks ago to go for a ride in the Apex heavily modified F80 around the Nurburging, and we got a video. Thought I would share for everyone to see (ignore the banter on the audio, just some of my buddies in the car

)

Car was an absolute MONSTER. We did the same thing last year before they really stripped it down and added the roll-cage and all of the other mods, and the difference is astonishing. It was a very fast lap, and our driver has logged over 3000 laps... so he's got it down.

Yes the driving was awesome but your commentary was even better! You guys were so relaxed and calm. Did you end up getting that burrito ?? Hehe

Agreed! Biggest part of it is experiencing the ride with friends.

Sadly no more videos, they are banning the utubers from the track. Or you can stay but promise to not show any crashes.

So, the owners are going after the guys showing the mayhem that Touristenfahrten has became, instead of chasing down the "bad guys" and ban them from the track.

I always laugh hard looking at the peoples on the back seat while driving, especialy in the Döttinger, Schwedenkreuz, Foxhole or Wipperman

Funny seeing this now, I just rented an M2 from them to drive on the Nurburgring on Saturday. I highly recommend Apex to anyone considering renting a car for the Nordschleife, they were great to work with and pricing was reasonable. I walked in without any prior contact and was on the track in about half an hour. They even send an instructor to ride with you on your first lap which is super helpful, the ‘ring is a monster!

Im glad you guys enjoyed the m3. it really was built out of pure pleasure for the track and the desire to create something bad ass!

Thanks for introducing me to a bucket list item I didn't know I needed!!!

That was awesome!!! Kinda wish there was access to multiple point of views. Would love to see the corner handling in action!!!

Agreed. Also, for renting taxi laps. Had a go in their 720S with Moritz driving.
