Yes, trust is important.

I fix other's "work" all the time. Sometimes it is more effort trying to figure out what someone else did first with E-sys or Carly, but it happens.

Other thing I'd highly recommend on the iDrive front is the Bang & Olufsen DSP since it sounds so much better than Logic7, to me (and many others).

I have had a different experience with him... I went to his shop to code my car about one and half years ago. He missed couple of things on the list that I checked off and there are also some malfunction that occurs from time to time after he coded my car.
