PCV valve cover replacement

Anyone have a shop in LA that can replace a PCV valve cover for a S55 for a decent price? I got quoted $2300 at an indy shop in Hermosa Beach.

Search up "RTMotorworks". Specializes in BMW at a very affordable rate. Last time I was there, I think the hourly rate was like $130.
