"This car is sold as-is no refunds . NO WARRANTIES "

This part would worry me a bit.

selling a used car when you're doing a private sale you need to state no warranties come with it legally. I'm sure if you sold your car you wouldn't offer a warranty right?

Agreed. The oil cooler is bent to hell and seems like the front bumper isn't really sitting correctly for a well taken care of car. But NJ potholes and curbs will do that. Also, wouldn't consider 65k miles low lol. Even with supply shortages, can surely get something better for OPs $45k asking? At any rate, we'll optioned and manual so GLWS op. Show us pics of the drivers sear bolster

I don't hide any thing and listed the CARFAX , if you DM me I reply. The verified VID is up as well for anybody to research themselves. if you don't like 45k offer and negotiate its for best offer.

Why not just disclose the details of the accident instead of having people look at the carfax to see that there is an accident reported? Its obvious from the pictures of it sitting in a junkyard and the visible damage to the front bumper that something is wrong.

what I bought it at auction for doesn't matter ,I have a auction license and you do not so what I pay is irrelevant . its my sale price not yours its also my sale post not yours. I don't understand why this is a problem posting what I want to sell.

The problem is this is a borderline commercial post. You're in a forum of enthusiasts, a large majority of which are overly honest and understand which defects are important to enthusiast buyers and openly share them. You are a new account who bought something at auction and you're simply trying to flip it. This is not the right place for your kind of sale.

its called members classifieds. so I'm a bit confused? I paid 34.5 at the auction I looked at market value . I have a auction license you do not . I can price what I want however I want. if you don't like the price don't buy it/. do you go into dealerships and wave your hand and throw a tantrum if you don't like a price of a car. makes 0 sense

So, it's now $35k, per Craigslist?

More disclosure on why it was in a salvage yard or auction site, as well as what exactly is wrong / what's needed to fix could go a long way. Same with how the title is still clean. If issues are minor and non-structural, it becomes attractive for someone to build a track car.

Glws.

COVID Car Sales = time for slim shady's to unload their salvaged, rebuilt, flooded shit .... at or above normal car price....

i'm considering buying one and i'll just use true360 or some form of check. too much BS. i don't care if you ask $80k but you should be up front about any accidents, salvage, etc. we know carfax's can be manipulated...

but hey that's why i believe in karma...one day you might sell the car to the wrong person and have to look over your shoulder.

car needs to be towed - ill offer free tow with the purchase.

kellybluebook has this value at 48-49k with the market the way it is these car are becoming more rare. the estimated repair damage is about 1-2k so you can have the car running and flip it or you'll own a cheap m4. thanks"

Car has engine misfires and won't start. Might want to put that in the thread!
