There has been huge turnouts at Cars & Coffee in Dulles, VA on Sunday mornings. The past 3 weeks I've seen attendance go from 200 to upwards of 400 cars if the weather is nice. Main parking lot is full by 7:30AM so cars park in the adjacent one. Starts around 7AM and goes until 9ish. There's a number of M cars there but nothing organized that I'm aware of.
