Hardware Required for CS Lip on Base?

I'm lucky enough to have my friend give me the lip off of his CS, and am wondering about the installation pieces needed for proper OEM fitment. Does the bumper need to be drilled?

The oem CS lip is mounted with brackets bolted to the bumper support. Not just screwed into the bumper. There are a few write ups on this in here

You'll need the two lower support brackets, 1 upper bumper support bracket, and misc torque bolts, rivets, and screws. There's 3 seen in this photo prior to rivets. The lip should be able to be supported fully, while the bumper easily slides in tightly sandwiched between the lip and all cooling ducting.
You'll also need to trim quite a bit of plastic.

Thanks!
Looks a little more in-depth than I thought, but I love a challenge. I did my downpipes myself, would you consider this to equal level of that?

Also, could you possibly refer me to the thread that you used for installing your lip? I've looked around a little bit, maybe I'm not utilizing the search properly.

I didn't refer to any specific install, but I had installed a lip before on this car. Wait until you test fit the bumper BEFORE you install the rivets on the lower support brackets. It's a simple job but it's time consuming. Installing the Ikon headlights was a bitch though!
