Sorry, I'm not much help there. This didn't turn out to fix my noise. Do make sure that you only hear it when the a/c is on! All I can say is that it goes closer to the firewall than the weight that is already installed on the low pressure a/c line.

Anyone found out what the issue/fix is?

I have my 2019 M4 over two weeks with the BMW service. They originally acknowledged the sound (went for a test drive with the technician), replaced engine belt and tensioner, supposedly zip-tied the AC hose, but the flutter is still there.

Told me that they really can't fix it since there is no fix code and that they were able to replicate it with other F80. Went for another test drive with them to show me, but there was no such sound at all.

They kept the car to the further diagnosis... frustrating.

My car has 86k miles on it now and it comes back every so often and then goes away on its own.
