If you remove the exhaust actuator (3x 10mm bolts) there's a spring clip underneath. It looks like half a paper clip. Bend it open a tiny bit more so when you reinstall it pushes down more on the exhaust flap post. This reduces valve flap rattle.

Any advise??

I bought a car from a doctor and he had coded them closed all the time. I used BM3 to open the flaps.

Did you remove the actuators and see if the flaps turn at all?
