EQ midpipe with muffler delete

Has anyone tried with EQ midpipe and muffler delete ?

I currently have a VRSF catless dp and AA eq resonated midpipe along with the stock muffler but the volume is pretty low compare to the single mid pipe.

If any of you have a video of this set up could you pls share it to me because the eq just sounds so quiet to me.

Was thinking of trying it out since there's no video online that has this set up.

Currently have the same setup as you and was also thinking of trying this out. Just not sure how much louder no muffler is compared to open valves

While I wouldn't say I like muffler deletes due to their tendency to sound raspy, induce drone, and lose mid-range volume, it's a personal preference.

If you like the sound that a muffler delete offers, then by all means, it could be the right choice for you.

However, I recommend investing in a well-engineered exhaust system for a more refined and satisfying sound.

I don’t understand the muffler delete. It’s just too obnoxious and loud. States are enacting exhaust dB level laws because the latest generation have gone crazy with ridiculously loud, flame-shooting, burbled exhausts that’s ruining it for all enthusiasts. I don’t mind a loud exhaust but a muffler delete is too much, no way.

From my experience, muffler delete customers are the very young crowd wanting the loudest sound without necessarily spending much money for a proper exhaust setup.

I agree but it’s having an effect on all of us unfortunately. On my ‘92 Civic Si I had a Stromung exhaust + DC sports headers and I loved it! It was loud enough to be heard inside without being too loud for anyone around me. I didn’t need people 5 miles away from me to be able to hear it.
