Whining/Squeaking noise during idle

It's more pronounced when the car is still cold. It goes away when I accelerate. From what I've been reading on here is that it could be a idle pulley?

Excuse the dirty call but it's been raining in SoCal (odd I know).

Attached video

Experienced that exact same sound and exact same scenario (present at idle, gone while driving).

Turned out to be from a valve cover gasket leak. Had it fixed under warranty and sound hasn't returned since.

Yupp it was a valve cover leak. They replaced the valve cover under warranty.

Hey bud,
Rehashing your post hoping to get an update.
Was the noise in your video totally fixed with the valve cover gasket repair? I am starting to hear that exact noise, although not as loud. I listened to other reports of gasket leak noises here and on a few other forums, and the noise for that problem is different; more like a high pitch pinging than a squeal like yours or mine.
I am out of warranty now, with the car at 64K miles and my trusted mechanic is not close to me at all.

Thanks in advance!!
